Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin

In the book Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin, a fifteen year old girl named Liz, dies because she was hit by a car. Soon she goes on a cruise boat called the S.S Nile which takes her to a trippy place called Elswhere. In Elswhere people age backwards until they are babies again, then they are put in a river to be put back on Earth. During her time at Elsewhere she has her ups and downs. The story takes place in a matter of fifteen years in Elsewhere. I really liked this book. In the book, there were great vivid characters. Also, in the end she ties up all loose ends. There are many great little adventures Liz goes on which keeps the pages turning. I mostly recommend this book for girls, however, I am sure that everyone will enjoy this great book. Since I am fifteen I was able to relate myself to it. The book makes you thing of your own life, and how you would react. I would rate this book a 9 out of 10. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, but it had some boring parts, and a bit of a confusing beginning. All in all I highly recommend this book to any reader out there!
